As you will know if you have been following me for a while. I do get through quite a lot of journals. It was about time that I got myself a new larger one that is ideal for painting in. I thought rather than go out and buy one that I would bind myself one instead. It has been a long time since I have made a journal so I thought it was about time that I jolly well did!
I haven't shown you all of the making of it, just wanted to share with you how it was made.
Great cover.. I adore it!! Your signature bunny is way with those papers!! I decorate my covers first too but I just use old books for art journals.. I would love to have time to try and do one like you have.. does the binding that way hold up to staying in the book?
ReplyDeleteThanks Angela. The binding stays up really well, I have always been really happy with this way. I do use really strong glue and really strong card though to help it stay in place x
