How to Paint a Galaxy Hair Girl

A few weeks ago now I shared in a couple of videos (I think it was a vlog, I can't remember!) my painting I did in my art journal of a girl whose hair was made to look like a galaxy. A few of you said that you liked her and would like to know how to paint her for yourself and would I do a tutorial for you.
